WHO IS

Coach Jim Herrick has spent 25 years training and developing athletes, through the business he founded (Power Source) and as the Strength & Conditioning Coach at a pair of schools (Cushing Academy & St Bernard's Central Catholic High School).   He also taught math & science at the middle school level for 10 years.   He has devoted his working life to helping thousands of kids become more successful in athletics, fitness, and the classroom.
